During your FREE consultation we will discuss organization, layout, traffic flow, balance, style, colors, lighting, etc.

Organization: Parking spots, who parks when and where, who will open the building, keys for raising basketball hoops, schedule for set up, person returning rentals, who'll be in charge of clean up, etc.

Layout: Will depend greatly in the number of guests you are expecting, whether you'll have a program, light refreshments versus sit down dinner, background music or dancing, etc. We'll present you with different layouts and suggest which one would be better for your specific needs.

Traffic flow: Keeping the traffic flow in mind when planning the set-up will assure the smoothness of your reception. For example, it is very important to have different access for guests and servers (you don't want the people carrying the food to have to work their way through a crowd of guests.) It is necessary to arrange everything in such a way so that the working space of photographers, caterers, musicians, etc., won't get obstructed.

Lighting: If there is one key element that will either make or break the beauty of the reception . . . its lighting. We advice you on how to use lighting, with dim lighting for intimate atmosphere, accent lighting for emphasizing focal points such as cake, backdrop, etc., diffuse lighting to eliminate unflattering shadows on your face, and spot lighting for dramatic visual impact.

Color: We'll show you which colors would match better with your theme. Some colors are more formal, some more traditional, some more youthful, etc.

Style: We'll show you different styles of decor to ensure that your wedding day will be, not only beautiful, but also a true reflection of your uniqueness. From casual to formal, from simple to elaborate, from traditional to contemporary, you can choose a style that is truly . . . YOU!
